Corporate HR Lead - Learning & Development - Manufacturing (6-7 yrs)
- Structurally, the individual will report into Head- Learning & OD and the rest of the team will report into this individual. He will have three reportees
- Will be responsible for managing operations through the team and providing strategic inputs to on learning and development
- Should have been in organisations which have leading edge learning and leadership development frameworks
- Experience in balancing operations and strategy
- High strategic orientation, Flexible, Agile and high learning agility
- Stable career [ not a hopper ] - look at motivators
Reporting To Location : Head Talent Management & OD
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
From an organisational perspective
- Lead the L & D vertical from a digital perspective
- Design learning interventions based on business strategy and talent needs
- Integrate talent interventions with L&D
For GM and above
- Responsible for devising and implementing succession plan
- IDP generation and execution
- Other talent interventions
