Desired Profile:-
MBA / PG in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with min 3 years of experience
- HR Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
