Senior HR Champions with generalist background having a strategic and innovative bent of mind who would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in Employee Engagement, Rewards , Talent Acquisition and Retention , Statutory Compliances , Talent Development and Management within the Business HR framework

The current opportunity is with a very large conglomerate into multifarious business areas across the Globe.

We are essentially looking at candidates from premier B Schools (2 year full time MBA) working with reputed brick and mortar companies / FMCG, PHARMA /AUTO/ENGINEERING industries, with a burning desire to shine and make a mark.
Must have 7 - 10 years of relevant post qualification experience.
