Job Description:
- Looking for someone for Organizational Effectiveness and not Development.
- Someone who has worked in developing optimum work levels, organizational structures, decision matrix, etc. “Global Job Leveling Exercise”, “Competency Assessment”, “Competency Mapping”, “Job Evaluation”, “Job Description”
- This is a National level role. Working closely with Leadership team of the organization.
Purpose:
- To actively participate in improving the Organizational Effectiveness of the organization and to Work closely with HR & Business Leaders on initiatives like:
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing an optimal organization structure
- To actively participate in improving the Organizational Effectiveness of the organization and to Work closely with HR & Business Leaders on initiatives like:
- Role Designs
- Improving people process
- Program Management for large initiatives
- Creating an effective decision matrix
Specifications:
- Knowledge of HR Processes
- Concepts around organization design (Organizational structure, role designs, work levels)
- The candidate should be comfortable to Travel across locations for work purpose.
