Location : Gurgaon
- Liaising with business stakeholders to understand the needs of the business; work with cross functional specialist teams in supporting and resolving day to day employee queries and issues pertaining to employees and develop solutions pertaining to employee relations, talent acquisition & staffing, compensation & benefits, organizational and change management issues
Manpower planning:
- Planning headcount requirement by analyzing number of live and target clients, penetration of banking products for the same and book size (funded/non funded)
- Preparing monthly HR headcount review/update for partner BUs to be reviewed by MD & CEO
- Maintaining/Updating Org charts / HRIS for the partner BUs; tracking people movement on a real time basis
Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing for vacant positions through consultants, job portals and internal referrals
- Reviewing and screening applications; conducting interviews along with business heads; negotiating and closing offers
- Managing cost of hiring and timely closure of gaps
- Campus hiring program - conducted campus interviews
Employee Relations/Projects:
- Liaising with Business Heads for all employee issues including staffing, performance management, compensation, resolving employee grievances
- Implementing HR policies and ensuring thorough compliance - resolving queries pertaining to salary, reimbursements, taxation
- Conducting Exit interviews and highlighting alarming trends on the same
- Conducting Attrition analysis for all Corporate Businesses of the bank and making recommendations to control the same.
- Conducting quarterly events for partner BUs to engage with employees on policy education, compliance issues and other agenda
- Driving RBI mandated policies like - Mandatory Compliance Leave- and - Employee Job Rotation-
Performance Management & Appraisal:
- Managed the Annual Performance Review process for the Risk Management team - Coordinating with business to drive the appraisal process - goal setting, self appraisal, supervisor ratings and ensuring timely payouts
- Conducted workshops to drive the Annual Performance Review leading to better acceptability and awareness
