Job Title - Corporate Finance

Role and Responsibilities

- Work with teams to provide Clients with advice and services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Financings and generic strategic advice. The analyst will work integrally with the global Corporate Finance Division

- Work on client pitches and live deals

- Create, maintain, and analyze basic and advanced company valuation models including DCFs LBO, etc.

- Create, maintain and analyze generic and specific company, industry and market overviews

- Research and analyze specific company financial information and fundamentals

- Interact frequently with bankers in different regions –live and offline

- Potentially travel to different offices, for training, reconnecting with the teams and working on assignments

Requirements

- A passion for corporate finance

- Analytical mindset with an eye for details, strong interest and aptitude for finance and valuation principles

- Be a self-starter with a fierce desire to learn

- Ability and dedication to meet strict and aggressive deadlines

Academic Background and Technical Skills

- Opportunities exist at various levels of experience, but emphasis will be placed on depth of knowledge of the investment banking industry, corporate valuations, and finance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

- Flexibility to work late hours is needed
