Role: Corporate Delivery Manager  Location: Bangalore  Job Purpose:  Manage the delivery of our services to large corporate clients through managing a team of delivery people.   Location: Bangalore  Role:  - Client Management: Full cycle client management from pre-sales pitch to review meetings to ensure client satisfaction.   - Participation in New client acquisition process: Participate along with the sales managers in presenting MeritTrac operations capability to new clients during presales process.  - Operations Process management.: advice to team on planning, supervision, Audits, load management etc. Key role played in interdepartmental coordination.  - Process Improvements: work towards making the process systematic and also to improve existing processes. Take up critical projects related to future growth of delivery capability or for system improvement  - People Management: Leading, motivating & managing people. Overall responsibility of the growth of the teams ( Hiring, training, promotions, reward & recognitions, work allocation, capacity planning, asset utilization, appraisals)  - Planning : Do all planning activities related to team, branch requirements etc.  - Representative of Top management: Implement company policies within team, Ensure that company objectives are translated to the team  Skills and Knowledge   - Good written & verbal communication skills  - Excellent Team management skills with team size of between 8 and 20.   - Strong client management skills should have handled large clients, worked with Sr. people, handled different types of situations in clients like presales, delivery, escalations etc.   - Sound operational knowledge related to planning, contingency mgmt, allocation of work, estimation of effort, escalation mgmt.   - Experience of working with high volume activity or where deadlines are challenging.  - Some exposure to recruitment processes is preferable.   - Good MS Office skills especially excel.  Competencies:  - Anticipation and problem solving skills  - Self Starter ability to think through and handle crises on his/her own.  - Confidence to handle large projects, work with Sr.people  - Attention to detail.  - Ability to Multitask handle pressure situations.  - Strong interpersonal skills ability to relate to a wide variety of people   - High Achievement orientation.
