Corporate Cum Litigation Lawyer - School Services Firm (3-10 yrs)
A funded school services company operating 12 CBSE schools in South and West India is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer based out of Bengaluru to advise on legal matters, handle litigation and regulatory matters.
Job Description :
- Our Corporate Lawyer must assist management on General Contracts, Master Service Agreements with Trusts, third party agreements and vendor supply contracts
- Brings and Pursues Lawsuits, Trial Motions, Appeals
- Manages External Counsel and Litigation
- Assists in Employment Contracts, Laws and formulating policies
- Compliance with trademarks, patents, intellectual property and trade secrets
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies, customers and business community
- Tracking Permissions across schools and taking necessary action regarding the same
Skill sets and Qualifications for this role :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law from a reputed university with 3-5 years of work experience
- Proven background in corporate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical Ability and Strong Attention to Detail
- Computer Skills
