Candidate Responsibilities :
Support businesses in various legal entities in India
All Retail Laws corporate and business laws, especially in Intellectual Property (esp. copyright and trademark).
Extensive experience in analyzing and responding to regulatory and compliance matters in relation to digital products.
Ideal Candidates :
Should be an LLB or LLM.
6- 16 legal experience (with several years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a major Indian or multinational corporation within the Retail space)
In-depth understanding of Food laws/practices and extensive experience in dealing with various Retail law matters and including Intellectual Property laws.
Senior Stake holder management.
