Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel - Legal - LLB/LLM - Digital Products Domain - eCommerce (6-16 yrs)
About Client:
Leading E Commerce Company.
Candidate Responsibilities:
Support businesses in various legal entities in India
All corporate and business laws, especially in Intellectual Property (esp. copyright and trademark).
Extensive experience in analyzing and responding to regulatory and compliance matters in relation to digital products.
Ideal Candidates :
Should be an LLB or LLM.
6- 16 legal experience (with several years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a major Indian or multinational corporation within the Digital space)
In-depth understanding of Indian Information Technology laws/practices and extensive experience in dealing with various Digital law matters including Intellectual Property laws.
Senior Stake holder management.
