Tasks:  - Be responsible for all internal and external communication measures of the Freudenberg Group in India  - Be a part of the global Freudenberg Corporate Communications team and the interface between Corporate Communications of German Parent Company (Holding) and locations/Business Groups across India / Regional Representative   - Organize the information exchange and develop a close relationship with the locations/Business Groups across India  - Develop and later support implementation of the Corporate Communications/Public Relations strategy  - Develop communications measures  - Check relevance of actual media topics (print, web, etc.) for Freudenberg  - Write and edit press information and articles for internal and external communications   - Prepare and organize press conferences / roundtables and other press events  - Be the contact person for journalists  - Further develop and maintain Freudenberg online communications and web 2.0 strategy  - Develop corporate stories together with Communications Specialist of Business Groups  - Manage external service providers  Requirements:  - 2-3 years of work experience as a Journalist or a Corporate Communications Specialist in an international environment  - Bachelor or Master degree   - Strong media experience, relationships with journalists and proven record of generating positive visibility through the media and other channels   - Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including ability to serve in a spokesperson capacity; German preferable  - Understanding of the relevant business model, regulatory process and communications guidelines   - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities   - Willingness to think creatively and test new and unproven communications initiatives, tools, etc.   - Ability to understand complex requirements and to convert them into tailored messages for the press and/or employees  - Very good communication and organizational skills  - Ability to work independently, self-driven, target-oriented and flexible, but also willingness to work in teams  - Interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from culturally diverse backgrounds.
