Position Title : Corp Communications Specialist - PE/ VC/ Investment Advisory

Location : Gurgaon

Brief Overview :

- Our client is a stellar operational private equity firm, established in 2006 and working with mid-stage growth entrepreneurial companies to find transformational solutions across invested sectors.

- The Communications Lead will manage all aspects of the firm's external communications i.e. website, social media presence as well as any print media presence. The person will be responsible for working closely with the managing team to outline and implement our communications strategy.

Key Experience :

- We are looking for a professional with around 5 years of experience in external communications, digital and social presence.

Primary Role :

- Assist in implementation of strategy that supports and extends the communication initiatives.

- Create, manage and implement firm's overall media (digital and traditional) strategy.

- Build brand awareness and visibility through all social media channels.

- Manage all web content including website.

- Manage content creation and take ownership for publishing content that showcases thought leadership and sector expertise.

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email etc.

- Increase brand awareness and visibility.

- Leverage market data to develop content themes.

- Perform on-going content maintenance/updates and be responsible for the design and development of enhancements aligned to business objectives.

- Play an integral role in execution of enterprise content publishing strategy and continuous improvement to support processes, standards, guidelines.

- Should have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power-Point).

- Articulate and Excellent Communication skills

- Strong strategic, organizational and communications skills.

- Ability to work with and influence senior management on the best direction to manage the firm's external communications.

- Must be a self-starter, have results orientation, demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to work well within a fast paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects.

Minimum Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Communications or MBA preferred.

- Substantial years of marketing communications experience, with emphasis on and social presence.
