Key Responibilities:
- Plan and implement annual communication programs for the corporate brand and individual car brands.
- Planning the mix of press fleet cars, handling the ordering, registration, shipment and maintenance process by working closely with launch, service and dealership teams across cities.
- Dealer launch and milestone activities.
- Provide support to regional and global offices with up to date information.
- Responsible for drafting & designing for the monthly local newsletter .
- Internal Communications: Responsible for employees interactive meeting .
- Regular contact with beat media to enhance SOV for HMIL in industry stories.
- Drafting and editing press releases, speeches and contributory articles.
- Drafting responses for media queries.
- Guiding the PR agency on leveraging various strength areas of the company for non-press release related stories in media.
- Generating media coverage for various marketing/brand or CSR related activities of the company.
- Relationship building meetings with key beat journalists, editors and photo journalists.
- Organising press events, test drives etc for media.
Experience- 6-8 Yrs

Qualification- MBA/PGDM
