Job Description

KRA : Manage Brand Visibility for the Company brand with media as also:

A) Drive visibility for Country Managing Partner

B) develop visibility for designated Service lines and industry programme(s) in target media

C) Lead certain corporate initiatives such as Entrepreneur Of TheYear Program

Manage team member(s)

Engage with the leadership team

Integrate Marketing Communication initiatives closely with brand objectives

Key Activities

-  Understand and identify key media opportunities including both mainline media publications, television, internet  and trade

-  Brainstorm with Service line/ Industry Programme partners/team-members to develop stories/projects with publications etc

- Coordinate with national media on regular basis vis-à-vis designated SL and IPs

-  Manage partner relationships with national media

-  Help produce internal communication newsletter and ideate other internal communication initiatives

-  Work closely with service line and industry programme team-members on media opportunities for marketing events such as tie-ups with Industry Associations etc

Job Requirements

1) Ability to engage with leadership of organisation

2) Strong existing relationships with business media across print and tv nationally

3) Ongoing connectivity with the media and identification of tactical and strategic opportunities

4) PR Experience of working with financial services/consulting firms

5) Excellent writing skills, comprising experience of having written/edited press releases; bylined articles

6) Managing output of teams and putting processes in place for reviews and reporting

7) Marketing and Internal Communications is an added plus  : Experience of doing internal communication/ strategic messaging to internal audiences

8) Being a self-starter and pro-active 

9) Team-player

Educational Qualification
MBAs preferred; Post Graduate in Mass Communications/Journalism
