Core Technology - Java - eTrading - Capital Markets

Minimum 11 years of over all experience and Minimum 8 years of Domain experience

Hands-on tech lead with experince of derivatives (Swaps, options) and Trade Capture / Middle Office processing / Trade lifecycle to lead Equity Derivatives technology India team.

Required skills

- 11+ years of IT experience with minimum 8+ years of Capital Markets in derivatives (Swaps and options) technology experience with one of the leading IB tech firms. Experience of Equity Swaps and Options will be highly valuable

- Person needs to be a hands-on technologist with domain knowledge of areas such as Equity Swaps, Trade Capture, Middle office trade processing, Trade workflow.

- Person must have hands-on C# and/or Java experience and must be keen on design, architecture, coding, testing and code reviews. This is 75% hands on role.

- RDBMS Oracle/Sybase

- Experience of Oracle Coherence and / or Data Synapse Grid for derivative pricing and risk management will be useful but is not mandatory

- Strong communication skills

- Must have technical team lead (5-10 member team) and project management experience

- Engineering degree for an institute of good reputation
