Internet startup - core team IIT/ BITS/ IIM grads  About the venture :  An early stage Internet venture focused on building a pan-India platform for professional services. In addition to making these services more accessible, the idea is to help solve the biggest challenges faced by the consumers - lack of professionalism.  Details of the services and plans will be shared with the interested candidates.  About the founding team :   We are a bunch of entrepreneurs who have started a couple of ventures and are running them. Both our ventures are doing good and growing at a healthy pace.  Role :   - As a part of the core team, you will be working on ground along with us in setting up and growing the venture.   - The role can be simply stated as whatever it takes to build the business.   - You will be expected to take up multiple roles that will range from strategic planning, execution of plans, business development, forming partnership, overseeing delivery, product management etc.   - To sum it, you should be ready to take up any responsibility that the company needs you to take.   Profile :   - Pass-out from IITs or IIMs - 2012 to 2015 pass outs preferred  - Self-driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset keen to change the way industry has been working so far  - Has the passion to drive against all odd. We want to make it very clear that it will be a tough journey. There will not be much of hand holding or mentoring.  - Should be damn good at - jugaad-   Location : Bangalore   Compensation : Primarily equity driven  - There will be a monthly salary component to take care the living expenses.
