Profile

Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership to 15+ FTE finance Team.

- Responsible for the Accounting and Controlling function.

- Owner of monthly consolidation and publication of group results.

- Responsible for ensuring timely reporting to the Group.

- Responsible for the Management accounting function

- Overall responsibility for SOX implementation and review.

- Responsible for Audits. (Statutory, Tax, Internal and SOX)

- Owner of the budgeting process

- Overall responsibility for the Tax and Treasury function across all Companies.

- Overall responsibility of PeopleSoft implementation.

- Ensuring compliance with Company Secretarial matters.

Required experience and Skill Set

Ideal Candidate:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 12 -15 years of experience.

Soft Skills:

- Self motivator/Team Player

- Hands on approach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Superlative analytical and presentation skills, ability to deal with senior management/professional seniors in a tactful manner.

The position reports to the Group CFO
