Sr.VP Sales & Marketing (Consumer Goods)

A very large Indian Consumer goods company having presence in multiple geographies worldwide wishes to recruit the Sr VP Sales and Marketing for India.

- The incumbent would have complete P&L responsibility for the consumer segment for India Region.

Specific focus areas would be -

- Marketing and Product Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Strategic Business and Marketing Planning, Cross functional team management , Development of teams.

- He would spearhead the company's operations in India and bring about a paradigm shift that the company is aiming at.

Candidate Profile -

- An exceptional leader with excellent business acumen. Must bring to the table proven experience of 14+years in Marketing & Sales of FMCG /Consumer Goods/Paints. Strength in leading and managing large teams.

- Must have had a quick career progression .

- Professionals with a good educational pedigree, and from reputed and large companies in the consumer goods space, may apply if you wish to be the protagonist of a new age growth story of an already renowned brand.
