Min. Exp: 20 years

Responsibilities:

- The incumbent would be responsible for the entire Operations process.

- He/She would be working towards smoothening of the operations process with a greater focus on client satisfaction & client building.

- Managing a team of VP, AVP, AGM, Sr. Managers, Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leader and Researchers / Agents (more than 1000+ team)

- Responsible for the P&L

- Should be from Non voice background. (Preferably from International BPO background).
