COO/Operations Head - Garment/Mfg

Opportunity to work with Leading Indian garment export house in Bangladesh. The client is expanding and opening new unit in Bangladesh, which will be operational by Nov 2014. The unit will have 1500 machines and a workforce of more than 3000. The unit will be responsible for production of woven garments.

Job location: Chittagong (SEZ), Bangladesh

Position: Operations head

Reports to: COO (India) and MD

Responsibilities: The person will be the head of factory and will be responsible for entire gamut of activities:

- Will be responsible for setting up the entire team once the plant is operational

- Bringing orders and take care of execution

- General administration

- Customer relations

- Entire gamut of business operations

- Managing 3000+ employees

- Production heads, quality heads, HR head, Marketing etc will be reporting to this position

Must haves:

- Male candidates preferred

- Must have experience in Bangladesh or other overseas locations

- Must have 15+ years of experience in garment industries

- Must be good with operational excellence

CTC: $ 5000-$7000 per month (excluding company provided accommodation)
