COO - (Housing Project) Real Estate Group, New Delhi

Our client a large Real Estate Group with presence across multiple locations & upcoming projects in Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, UP & Orissa.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Housing Project) Real Estate Group, Gurgaon for their Corporate office in South Delhi

Title: Chief Operating Officer (Housing Project) Real Estate Group, Gurgaon - South Delhi

Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Reputed Engineering Colleges)

Experience: 25+ yrs

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, execution and balance sheet of multiple projects in NCR or where ever within the country.

- Coordination with architects and consultants, planning, execution and closing of the projects within the defined timeline. Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, quality and productivity.

- Monitoring workload analysis: Task usage, resource usage, Improve utilization/Reduce downtime

- Ongoing monitoring of project progress, adherence to contract specifications, quality standards.

- Identification of opportunities for application of good engineering practices/ innovative practices to enhance quality of delivery Build and maintain relationships with external entities- contractors, government agencies, vendors, consultants.

- Proper systems implementation – sub-contract system, information technology, quality, safety and environment.

- Managing the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances, issues.

- Project management reporting to identify potential claims and other project issues.

- Demobilize project, resources, equipment on completion.

- Ensuring smooth Project closure activities- surplus material/resources reconciliation, Sign-offs, contractor retention money etc

- The person needs to have the excellent leadership, management, planning and motivation skills and ability to lead the project team

Required Skill Sets and Behavioural Traits

Specific Profile requirement

- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Project Coordination; handling an off-site coordination role for minimum 5 years

- Major experience in Housing projects and high rise towers

- Experience in handling multiple projects minimum of 3 with no less than 3 million sq. feet area

Location: South Delhi

- Compensation: Negotiable, approx range of 35-40 lac per annum
