Controller - Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

- Experience level of 13 years to 17 years.

- Would be responsible for financial reporting under IGGAP and IFRS and quarterly earnings release.

- Will be responsible for annual report and 20F filing under SEC rules

- Would be responsible to close audit requirements with statutory auditors

- Would be responsible to suggest solutions and structure by use of expert knowledge of IFRS standards

- Should carry exposure to requirements of Cl41 of SEBI, NYSE filing requirements

- Should be a technical expert in IFRS

Team size: at least 10 and would be expected to build team with seniority
