Lead - Talent Development in the R&D Center of Continental.
Tasks and responsibilities :
- Leading the design and execution of the Learning & Development Plan in line with the Company's anticipated growth.
- Coordinate Identify of competency development needs through multiple of channels and plan the over all development plan
- Devise the Annual Learning Calendar, and track deployment of planned learning interventions.
- Coordinate Workshops/ Learning Interventions for identified needs and target groups, wherever applicable
- Build - Internal- capability through effective 'Train the Trainer' initiatives
- Track effectiveness of all Learning & Development interventions through a robust feedback mechanism involving participants, managers, business impact, etc.
- Support grooming of Key performers and new time managers in the integration with the enhanced role
- Support in other relevant strategic initiatives of the HR function with a goal to make it the best place to work.
- S/he must be a strong, effective team player
- Manage the transition of Fresh engineering graduates from Campus to Corporate.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Management Graduate with Engineering background is preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience in HR with a min. of 4 years in Learning & Development lead role either with an HR Consulting Firm or IT or Engineering R&D organisations
Skills & Abilities:
- Approachable, Result oriented and with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent and inter-linked thinking ability
- Passionate in developing people and connecting with the business.
- Good understanding on Learning & Development concepts, with experience of execution of these models including communication and change management
- Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility within the HR team
- Possess a sense of urgency and excellent execution and project management skills
- Must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to see the big picture
