Technical Center India provides Research and Software Support to the Continental world in enhancing their competitiveness in their product and services portfolio. With 1500 engineers, our Bangalore facility is aiming faster growth in the years ahead. To support, this we are in the look out for passionate HR professional with the following profile.

Role : HR Business Partner

Education : MBA with graduation in any engineering discipline.

Experience : 5 - 8 years of exposure in HR functions.

Roles overview:

- To provide HR solutions for Business Units consisting ~500 engineers

- Hands-on HR generalist role with key components of business partnership, employee connect, HR efficiency etc.

- Support business by identifying and developing HR solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.

- Lead central initiatives in terms of bench-marking, knowledge management etc and in deploying various HR intervention in terms of Performance management, Identification and management of high Potential talent pool.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the business to implementing entire HR operations with a people centric approach

- Strong focus on employee connect and developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce

- Handles employee relations issues, cross-movements and transfers.

- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in the right spirit.

- Supports the compensation revision initiatives

- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs.

- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills

- Strategic mindset with focus towards solution

- Good Influencing skill and impactful presentations

- Approachable personality

- Good business acumen

- Ability to connect with employees in group, department and business unit level.
