Manager Oil &Gas (Consulting & transformation) SAUDI ARABIA

THIS IS A CONTRACTUAL POSITION FOR ONE YEAR (It might be extended but can’t be confirmed right now)

- The right candidate should have worked for 5-10 years in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas domain, of which at least five years should have been spent working on Strategy projects.

1. The candidate should have thorough understanding of the petrochemical value chain, the current macro-economic and international chemical business scenario, and long term plays of most chemical majors.

2. The candidates should have a strong track record of techno-economical evaluation in the petrochemical industry.

3. Hands-on experience in change management, strategy roll out, or undertaking strategy wide initiatives will be
a big plus.

4. Past experience in transformational consulting projects will also be considered.

5. Should be an excellent communicator and people’s person. The person will be occasionally required to convince senior employees in different departments, and make board-level presentations.

- The person will be supporting the corporate strategy team of a large Middle Eastern Petrochemical firm, in formulating and rolling out the new strategy for the firm.

- The person will be required to carry out competitor analysis, industry analysis, and determining the attractiveness of different markets for the client.

- The person will be required to hands-on prepare cost models, demand models, and presentations for bespoke analysis asked for by the corporate strategy team.
