Qualifications:
Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM, XLRI, FMS, NITIE, IIT, SP Jain, JBIMS, SJMSOM.
Experience:
Associate Consultant: 0-2 years of post Btech experience
Consultant: 0-3 years of post MBA experience
S Consultant: 3-6 years of post MBA experience
Should have experience in the following areas :-
- Technology or telecom Company. In the areas of:
- Cost reduction
- Process improvement
- Technology transformation and IT Strategy
- Project Management
- Strategy- Growth / market entry
- Should have excellent oral & written communication skills
- Good analytical skills, sound conceptual base & knowledge of finance.
Role:
The candidate will be expected to:
- Deliver consulting engagements and work with clients ensuring superior quality standards
- Travel extensively outside India for long periods (5-6 months) and within India (5-6 months)
