This profile is for one of the leading global management consulting firms -

- A minimum of 8 – 10 years of overall experience (Industry + consulting)

- Preference for candidates who have industry experience.

- Consulting experience would be an added advantage

- Manufacturing operations & maintenance (should be conversant with areas where improvements can be driven – for e.g. Logistics, Maintenance, Plant Operations, Supply Chain planning etc.)

- Some understanding of IT in steel – ERP / MES

- Some understanding of related Mining operations & areas where improvements can be driven
