Key responsibilities of the role :
The LS Analyst will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences clients- strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include:
- Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:
Sales Force Efficiency / Automation
Product or Portfolio marketing strategy
Sales strategy
Campaign Management / Digital Marketing
Compliance and medico-marketing process improvements
Market entry strategy development
Product launch strategy
- Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the LS industry
- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of- view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
Experience:
Should have worked in the Life sciences space for a minimum of one year and done work around the following areas (at least 2):
Product Management /Brand Management
Channel & Distribution strategy
Channel optimization
Sales strategy, operations & design
Sales Force Optimization
Licensing & Partnering Strategy
Portfolio Strategy
Internal & External Analysis
Mergers and Acquisition - pre and post
Retail Pharmacy Chains Strategy
Supply Chain Management
Physician Relationship Management
Patient Adherence Programs
Medico-legal Compliance
Pharmacovigilance
Preferably worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally
Should have been a part of the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of (at least 1)
R&D / Clinical Trials
New Product Planning / Development
Sales & Marketing
SFE
Manufacturing (ERP)
CRM
Analytics
Should have worked with multi-functional teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders
Should have an MBA from a Tier 1 B School. MBA from an international B School is preferred.
Should have managed teams and delivery
Should possess strong program management skills
The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
Travel - Ability to accommodate global travel - 60%-70% or more
