I am representing a Executive Search firm based in Noida and currently working on a important assignment with a leading Fortune 100 Management Consulting for the position of Managers / Sr. Managers - Retail &CPG Consulting / Manufacturing Consulting space.
Experience : 7-12 yrs
Work Location - Gurgaon / Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore
- Project Roles: Work with IT delivery team and projects to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop test strategies and play a SME role in various client solutions. Develop knowledge assets based on the learning from IT delivery engagements. Lead business transformation and innovation initiatives
- Presales & Marketing: Understand impact of IT solutions, regulations and market trends on clients’ Business. Deploy this understanding in pre-sales & marketing activities for the consulting practice
- Participate in industry forums by way of white-paper submissions, conference presentations etc
- Assets & Solutions Creation: Create and package domain competence into solutions that address key industry pain points. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for these solutions
Candidate Profile:
- In-depth knowledge of Retail/ Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing/ Logistics/ Travel/ Hospitality industry, the key business processes, the impact of IT on business. Specific areas of focus: Supply Chain management, Sales & Operations Planning, Trade Promotion Management, Merchandizing, Store Operations, Multi-Channel Commerce
- MBAs from premier B Schools
- 10+ years work experience in industry, consulting or IT services
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel internationally on short notice.
