CONSULTING - Pharma/ Life Sciences (7-9 yrs)

Location: Mumbai/ Gurgaon

Experience/ Education:

- Candidates from Tier 1 B- Schoools

- 2004 - 2005 batch MBA passouts ONLY.

- Candidate should have experience any 2:

- Should have worked in the Pharmaceutical space and done work around (any 2):

- Product or Brand Management

- Sales Strategy, Operations and Sales Force Management, Sales process & functional design

- CRM / Patient Adherence

- Mergers and Acquisitions

- Regulatory and pharmaco-vigilance

- Medico-legal compliance and audit

- Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.

- Experience working with senior level executive clients

- Should have an MBA from a Tier 1 B School. MBA from an international B School is preferred.

- Should have managed teams and delivery

- Should possess strong program management skills

Responsibilities:

Within, the organization focuses on clients in:

Large-scale business and technology transformation, targeted business performance improvement, and post-merger integration. The key areas of focus include strategy, research and development, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and sales, BD, Domain Development, Practise management, etc.

- Excellent team management skills;

- Excellent communication skills;


Upto 60-70% of travel included.
