Consulting - Oil & Gas/Infra/Govt (7-12 yrs)
Manager
- Candidate should be having deep industry experience in public services in international domain.
- A minimum of 7+ years of consulting experience or deep Global sourcing-direct and indirect commodities, Transactional procurement and sourcing operations, Vendor Development and Supplier Relationship
Management experience.
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following industries: Infrastructure, Oil & Gas,Human Services, Higher Education, Postal, Revenue & Customs, Government – Federal, State or local levels and Non-Profit.
- Should have 7 to 12 years work experience in analysis and design of new business process, identifying and defining detailed product requirements, knowledge of business process modeling, E-RFx and Spend Analyzer (ARIBA, Emptoris) tools, requirements gathering through client workshops.
- Extensive business analysis experience, including knowledge of Low Cost Country Sourcing. Demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of Procurement ( Category Strategy Development, Procurement Strategy )
- Should have experience in managing teams of 10-15 people on a big transformation project.
