Experience: 5 years- 11 years

Applicants must have experience in Consulting/ Advisory role for Mining industry

The candidate will be responsible for Business Development, Policy and Regulatory framework of coal and mining sector, Financial Modeling for Coal-mining projects..Play a leading role in preparation of proposals and commercial bids. Contribute in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Management Consulting practice across domains and industrial sectors. Support BD by identifying opportunities in clients and working on proposals as part of own goals to grow in the organization

Ability to Multi-task

Technical skills to solve the problems of clients and have a complete understanding of the company's services

Ability to add value in complex analysis

Ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis

The ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case

Excellent communication skills - esp. presentation skills

Well-groomed, polished, well versed in business etiquette to cast a good impression in public events, CXO interactions etc.

Curiosity and ability to go-beyond the current/ immediate brief. High degree of general awareness, management concepts, good general reading

Regular client interface

Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options

Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment

Ability to understand various industries and businesses

Balance between strategic and operational focus.
