Essentials :

- Well versed with technical (operational) knowledge of mining

- Mining industry functional skills preferably iron ore mining with knowledge of mineral exploration mine planning & extraction asset planning

- Knowledge of downstream processing e.g. steel making will be an added advantage

- Should have worked for leading players in metals & mining especially ferrous based industries

- Well versed with mining industry business processes

- Should have handled / exposed to business challenges e.g. efficiency improvement, manufacturing excellence, cost optimization, working capital optimization

- Having played an important role on internal operational improvement project will be an added advantage

- Leadership Skills

- High Team Orientation

Academic Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. from ISM Dhanbad + MBA

Experience : 6 - 8 years of relevant post qualification experience

Candidates should have Experience of working in areas of Operations & Business Planning, Cost Optimization, Process Improvement, Manufacturing excellence e.g. TPM, TQM, 5S, Lean, etc.
