Job Description

- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly exploration (upstream),

Understand the-

- Entire value chain of the oil and gas industry from E&P perspective (including equipment and service providers) - from bidding, seismic survey, development, production, maintenance

- Have worked with service companies (on the exploration, drilling, development, maintenance/ monitoring of activities in the upstream space)

- Geopolitical factors, macroeconomic indicators and demand/ supply scenarios in energy markets

- Exposure to valuation models, initiating coverage on company/ sector

- Ability to analyze industry/business issues both from commercial perspective. Further, should be capable of developing and presenting a point of view on cutting edge industry topics

- Ability to provide industry examples upfront to substantiate a hypothesis/ solve client issue

- Active participation in and contribution to team discussions. Ability to come up with effective approaches to deal with project and/or sector specific issues, etc

- Ability to solve complex problems and offer structure
