- Graduate or Engineer + MBA from only premier institution with a strong academic background. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience:

- 4 - 5 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2007 – 2008 batch)

Previous experience should be in:

- any reputed consulting firm ( preferred )

Or

- in a reputed FMCG / retail / appliances / durables company (MNC preferred) with experience in

- Product management / Brand management

- Product sales

- Should have led a team of at least 3 professionals
