Position overview

Managers are expected to perform across the following areas:

— Client Delivery: manage and execute complex high profile change initiatives for our clients and deliver lasting client impact

— Business Development: support and contribute to the management and development of sales offerings and participate in the development of new opportunities

— People: adept at building strong lasting relationships with clients as well as the Investance team to support the growth of our company

— Knowledge Capitalization and Research: develop own market knowledge and help build out our exciting research offering

- Essential experience and knowledge

Solid change management experience within the Financial Services industry, developed in either a consulting or capital markets environment.

Candidates must have experience across the following areas:

— 8-10 years of Consulting or Investment Banking/Wider Capital Markets experience

— Project management and Business Analysis expertise

— Experience in Strategy/Change Management

— Robust understanding of Capital Markets and strong knowledge of equity and equity derivatives products

— Knowledge of regulatory initiatives including Dodd-Frank Act

— Business Development awareness

— Research and thought leadership skills

— Excellent communication skills; (verbal and written) able to communicate complex ideas to all areas of the business – client side and internally

— Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problems

— Ability to develop high quality project deliverables

— Team player with management skills and the ability or potential to lead others

— Work in cross-border/cross-disciplined teams at client site

— Take ownership and responsibility

— Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications:

— Minimum BA/BS or equivalent (preferably Finance orientated degree)

— Preferably a MBA or equivalent
