Position Summary:

One of the Leading PR agency is looking for a Consulting Associate who is a go-getter with high energy.

- The individual will join our client servicing team for leading Technology clients in the B2B segment in our Bangalore location.

- The individual should be self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:

- This position leads the Public Relations activities Technology clients.

- The individual will implement/execute regional clients/projects and is the leader for supporting network client activities in that location.

- In addition, the individual will assist the Market Leader, in developing and implementing strategic business initiatives of the Firm.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate would have to be:

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of public relations or marketing communication.

Skills:

- The individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

- S/he should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders.

- S/he should be articulate, have attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.

- A business manager, s/he should be able to manage simple P&Ls while multi-tasking and working under pressure of deadlines.

Client Servicing:

- Lead client retention & growth for his/her SBU.

- Would be able to develop the strategy/annual/quarter plan for the client portfolio under control.

- Provide counsel to senior members of the client organisation.

- Well versed in developing professional relationships with journalists, analysts and key influencers in the location.

Internal:

- Must ensure adherence to the client service, business and employee processes of the firm.

- Ensuring an open, transparent and apolitical work environment

Minimum Requirements:

- For Consulting Associate, minimum of four years of work experience in public relations or marketing communication in handling Technology clients in the past with last 2 years leading a team and driving the Public Relations strategy.
