Our clients include 2 of the BIG 3 Global Consulting Firms, 2 of the top 5 Tier 1 Indian IT MNCs, The largest Global BFSI Consulting firm from USA, The largest Infrastructure Services company in the world, and many more market leaders.  For our client which is among top 3 GLOBAL CONSULTING FIRM a MNC, we are looking for following resources URGENTLY:  3 Managers (6-10 years of experience) & 2 Associate Manager (4-6 Years of experience)  This particular team - the Operational Transaction Services team, advise and support clients through the complete deal lifecycle providing a range of sell-side and buy-side IT services to clients. Services range from complex IT due diligence, carve out/ separation, post deal value enhancement through to corporate restructuring. The team delivers buy side and sell side engagements for corporate firms and private equity houses across the transaction life-cycle. We also provide non-deal related services to strategic clients.  Qualifications/skills you'll need for this role :  Technical skills requirements :   Exposure to at least one the following :  - Experience of transactions, ideally in performing of IT Due Diligence,, separation/carve-out assignments   - Experience in industry in a Managerial capacity (within an organisation's IT department or on the IT supplier side) specialising in one of the key areas such as Enterprise Architecture, ERP led transformations, and IT risk and governance   - Experience of IT advisory and consulting within a professional services environment  The following should be considered as 'must have' attributes :  - Broad knowledge and deep understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT function, including Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Governance, Systems Integration and Application Development, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure, IT financials and dynamics of an IT function  - Programme and project management expertise with demonstrable experience in managing and being responsible for the delivery of successful programmes  - Knowledge of Structured methodologies and a familiarity with industry standards such as TOGAF for Enterprise Architecture, ITIL for Infrastructure, Systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance  - Ability to provide insights based on experience on IT aspects of transaction deals that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the IT Due Diligence reports  - Strong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership  - Excellent verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills  - Flexible with working locations, the ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations  - Experience of IT outsourcing, vendor management and IT procurement   - Very deep knowledge in one or more industry sectors  - Business administration or accounting knowledge (example MBA or CA or CIMA)  - The ability to travel and work freely across the EU
