1. About 8- 10 years of experience in working across various functional areas of electricity generation sector in Coal based thermal power station in the delivery team.

2. Played a Business Analyst role for Energy implementation, upgrade etc. projects

3. Have good knowledge of Electricity Generation Sector operations (Nominations and various methods, scheduling, allocation, contract management etc.)

4. Good communication skill to discuss with business users, super users, SunGard and other stakeholders from other vendors.

5. Ability to translate functional requirements into high level technical requirements. Ability to guide tech team to develop reports at functional level

6. Functional testing of reports before UAT.

7. Knowledge of Sungard “Aligne” tool would be added advantage.

- Experience in analyzing requirement in Agile development environment following use case approach and preparing feature identification sheet, business process flow, identifying and writing business use case and use case, preparing data dictionary, requirement traceability matrix, product work flow, draft UI etc.

- Review business requirement and functional design documents and find out solutions for gaps.

- To act as SOA integration functional lead for the whole state by finalizing data flow among different modules and interacting with core technical team.

- Acting as a solution architect and liasoning with all Consortium partners and their marketing guys involved with the project.

- Assisting marketing people by joining different sessions (Pre-bid etc.) on Power Utility sector

- Guiding all teams to maintain process compliance and guiding testing team to prepare their documents and testing products.
