Job Summary
Drive or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfillment, secure that projects are fulfilled with quality, in time and within budget. Work closely with the customer to be able to propose improvements and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Perform Technical presales & business Development AND/OR Transformation Project Deliveries AND/OR Portfolio / product / asset management - any one or more at any time
- Position being part of BU / Headquarter P&L organization requires collaboration with various supporting team/units globally and be responsible for outcome/result with very high global visibility
- Individual contributor role, but functionally responsible to lead a part or whole of a deal / project, both in presales phase and in post-sales phase - primarily for the system integration services scope
- Lead or Support preparation of artifacts like customer presentation, Statement of Work, effort & cost estimation, RFP & compliance, reference architecture, business case analysis etc.
- Ability to travel to customer / partner location globally to conduct workshops, presentations, requirement analysis & design, consulting & architecting engagements,
- Bring in thought leadership in driving innovation, reusable asset creation, add on sales, provide input for Go to market or technology strategy, community & competence build up, knowledge management
