Consultant - Telecom Consulting Practice

Looking for Consultant - Telecom consulting practice with our USA based Business Management Consulting company at - Gurgaon.

Brief Job Profile:

Experience:

Specific experiences will include:

- 2-5 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience;

- Strong telecom industry background and experience with experience in Business Process Reengineering and Design in telecoms environment

- Ability to interact effectively with multiple functions

- Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers wireline or wireless in the areas of:

- Sales and Sales Operations

- Order Capture and Fulfillment

- Billing & Customer Care

- Service Assurance

- Revenue Assurance

- Process transitioning & implementation

- Process benchmarking

- Experience working on a large-scale Business Reengineering or Transformation project preferred

- Experience working with senior level executives

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B School.

- Global exposure is desirable.

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior level executives in a range of environments

- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment

- Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Good understanding of role of IT in telecoms

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach

- Ability to independently manage midsized project

- Experience working on a large-scale Business Process Reengineering or Transformation project preferred

- Understanding and articulating complex business issues/Telecom processes and addressing them with appropriate solutions

- Business process analysis

- Experience / exposure to industry standard models such as TOM

- Process Design, Mapping of customer business processes

- Benchmarking processes and evaluating process performance viz a viz the industry

- Streamlining processes and process improvement

- Root Cause Analysis

- Communications and Stakeholder Management

- Comfortable working in unstructured environment and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Location – Gurgaon

- Travel - Ability to accommodate local and/or global travel –70% -80% or more
