This position is a two year contract position with Govt organization in Delhi (One of the dream projects for the Telecom infrastructure of India)
Primary Responsibilities
Change Management
- Support in development and implementation of Change Management Framework /guidelines for e – Governance initiatives that can be used by the States in developing their individual Change Management Frameworks in synchronization with national level initiatives
- Assist in Developing communication, workshops, trainings etc. to facilitate effective Change Management
Training & Development
- Assist inin development of Training Guidelines for capacity building at the State level to address issues like, Curriculum Development and Content, skill sets, institutional roles etc. in line with the CB Scheme
- Facilitate designing of training and development programmes based on Company’s needs, in consultation with various division heads and other functional/ technical experts from within and outside Company
- Establish a Knowledge Management System along with your superior for use within Company and if required make it available to all relevant stakeholders for effective dissemination of knowledge on the e – Governance domain in the country
- Ensure optimum utilization of Training Budget and maximization of the return on Investment on training initiatives
- Overall training & development for Company employees including supporting the senior consultant in developing training guidelines and training budget, facilitating and monitoring training design and delivery, engaging external experts, vendors and trainers for effective training design and delivery in line with the NeGP
- Induction training for SeMT and other recruits
- Training evaluation
In addition to above Primary Responsibilities the incumbent may be assigned any other task from time to time by President & CEO.
Essential Criteria
- Graduation: Any Discipline
Post Graduation:
- MBA / PGD with specialization in HR / PMIR
- Preference will be given to professionals from premier institutes with qualification / experience in training and development
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 plus years of experience in training & development and Capacity building.
- Experience of at least 3 years in implementation of large IT / eGovernance projects with emphasis on training and change management
