Consultant - Talent Development & Organization Effectiveness (3-7 yrs)

The role involves creating and implementing strategies to solve human resources, workforce and culture change related issues crucial to our clients' operational success. The individual gets an opportunity to work in the area of Human Capital and Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Learning Strategy and Talent Development, Leadership Development, Change Management and business and growth strategy.
Key expectation from the role holder is to apply deep functional and business expertise to influence client agendas, partner with clients to make bold decisions on priority C-suit issues at the intersection of business, HR & digital strategy and provide deep understanding of client's industry landscape in context of global, economic and social trends.
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
1. Project Delivery: The candidate will be required to work with senior client professionals and will be expected to
a. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
b. Be proficient in market research and data analysis; should be able to provide strong business acumen to derive answers to problems where data is not easily available
c. Build content and define client ready solutions
d. Display an impressive executive presence, high team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills
e. Proactively escalate and manage project risks on time and quality
f. Ensure buy-in of the proposed solutions from the key client stakeholders
2. Business Development: In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to
a. Interface with primary client contacts for business development
b. Demonstrate strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
c. Support business development opportunities across entire opportunity life cycle including capturing client requirements, preparing compelling proposal documents, estimating commercials and staffing requirements and supporting client meetings
3. People Development: People development will be a key attribute of this profile. The role will require the candidate to
a. Demonstrate a collaborative, agile and team oriented approach to his/her work
b. Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of solutions for client problems as well as gaining insight into industries and functional areas
c. Participate in performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts or summer interns
d. Participate and actively support in practice engagement initiatives
4. Practice/POV Development: One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of
a. Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies
b. Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of - point-of-views- on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders
c. Organization/participation in knowledge sharing (- COP- ) calls on a periodic basis
