Job Description

Job Title: Energy – Supply Chain Planning

Job Type: Full-time

Job location: Gurgaon

Education:

- MBA / PGDM (Top 15 institutes like IIM, ISB, XLRI etc.)

- Engineering Degree (Top 15 institutes like IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani etc.)

Job Description:

Mandatory (Oil and gas/Energy Domain)

Consulting or functional experience in the Supply Chain planning functions in either of the industries:

- Upstream Oil & Gas

- Oil Field Services (OFS)

- Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) in Oil & Gas

2-6 years of relevant experience across a minimum of two of Supply Chain Planning functions within the non-hydrocarbon supply chain of companies:

- Forecasting & Demand Planning

- Sales & Operational Planning

- Inventory Management

- Distribution Management

Should have worked in at-least two projects aimed at improving supply chain KPIs for any of the above listed Supply Chain Planning functions. Examples would include improving:

- Forecast accuracy - 3 Yrs

- On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

- Fill rates and Service Levels

- Inventory Days

- Cost-to-Serve

- Strong command of MS Office tools

- Should demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills in the supply chain planning context

- Modeling and skills to create analytical inferences

- Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including
strong oral and writing capabilities.

- Shall be able to lead conversations with clients. Must be comfortable working and interacting closely with the “C” level executives.

- Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.

- Should be open to travel in and outside the country.

Desirable :

- Knowledge of planning software like Oracle Demantra, SAP APO, JDA Demand Planner and SAP production planning modules
