Qualifications: BE/B.Tech /M.Tech//MBA from Good University  Role:  - Good exposure in BFSI domain.  - 3 to 5 years of advanced SAS coding skills  - Strong understanding of Risk concepts as it relates to consumer credit portfolios.  - Familiarity with non risk scoring models (macro economic & operational models) within the realm of consumer finance preferred.  - Ability to analyse data, understand trends and generate insights  - Working with a range of data tools for example, Unica, SQL, Access/Excel, VBA.  - Strong problem solving skills.  - Ability to adapt to very fluid environment, accept challenges, work proactively and learn new techniques.  - Strong verbal and written communication skills.  - Statistical knowledge (Hypothesis testing, ANNOVA, Regression etc).  - Must be solution-oriented, proactive, and creative.   Technical Skills: Desirable:  - Modeling, Risk Analytics, card Analytics working in a bank
