Roles and Responsibilities
Work on Process re engineering engagements that entail:
- Process mapping
- Process and Data analysis using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Risk Assessment study
- Identification of improvement opportunities
- Design Future state processes
Lead a project/workstream within a large project
- Define the approach and project plan for the workstream/project
- Define the project charter and articulate the outcomes/deliverables
- Set up a governance methodology and ensure project progress is communicated
- Manage the client relationship
- Contribute to Pre-sales and Business development activities for the practice
Skills:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Expertise in handling multiple types of reengineering assignments and environments
- GB/BB certification and >3 years of experience in a Process reengineering role
- Experience in training delivery (Green Belt/Black Belt/Lean training)
- Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business problems/situations
- Advanced practical knowledge of business processes within a certain domain/across domains
