Spearhead small internal client facing teams and guide them to solution / delivery by executing the tasks that are part of overall assignment; lead modules of the engagement in small parts; interact with and present ideas / new perspectives to senior client personnel. Play a leading role in preparation of proposals and commercial bids. Contribute in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Management Consulting practice across domains and industrial sectors.

- Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided by the Associate Director / Manager - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice

- Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights

- To monitor the performance of team members and provide them constant guidance and opportunities to explore new areas

- Initiate the process for specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area so as to have an independent point of view on the selected sector / solution that serves as the foundation for client service

- Network to build professional relationships within and outside the Firm

- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing

- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards

- To firmly adhere to the firm's standards on ethics and values

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time)

- 4 to 8 yrs of consulting experience with experience of delivering projects in the field of life science

Business Development and Team management is a must for Manager level candidate
