Consultant/Sr Consultant - Payroll & Benefits

Looking for strictly in-house payroll experience candidates. Mumbai candidates preferred.

- Responsible for managing end to end payroll processing

- Employees investment declaration and collection of investment proofs

- Employees Reimbursements and collection of supportings

- All activities relating to Group medical insurance and life insurance

- Manage outsourced PF Trust management and all areas associated with PF Trust

- Managing all statutory compliances related to payroll and benefits

- Managing employee compensation/benefits related queries in a timely and accurate manner. Other Employee interactions include New hire inductions, exit formalities, bank a/c opening, etc
