Job Description:
- Overall 4 - 10 years experience and atleast in management consulting /IT with direct experience supporting and leading engagements in Retail/eCommerce industries.
- Experience in Multi-Channel Commerce and Strategy including Web, Mobile, and Social.
- Experience with fast moving and growing organisations, and/or that you have experience working in retail/ecommerce organisations understanding the priorities and nature of the services provided.
- A Subject Matter Expert in other eCommerce platform areas like payment, product data, order management, web analytics, content management, promotions, search etc.
- Experience with client interaction by identifying client's priority needs for service and support.
- The ability to manage teams of consultants and work with cross functional and client facing teams.
- Knowledge of process flows, systems and procedures which aids analysis and recommendations for solution offerings to exploit new business opportunities.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
