Responsibilities :

- Tracking market developments (Both people and industry)

- Developing, executing and completing search assignments.

- Drafting client, job and candidate profile

- Developing exclusive search strategies

- Conducting exhaustive research to understand the available talent pool

- Preparing mapping, longlist and shortlist documents

- Conducting interviews to evaluate fit / relevance of potential candidates

- Handling follow-up/sign-off calls and letters to candidates at search completion stage.

CTC - 8 - 10 Lac fixed + incentive
